and i dont feel like cooking as well...and salad fit perfectly into the plan ... who couldn't do it, right? wash, toss, chop and serve with thousand islands straight from the bottle ...easy peasy, done in less than 10 minutes. The good thing is that i can eat a huge bowl of this without feeling guilty about overeating.
Now that lunchtime is over - it's back to marking!

baguih...salad tu semua reduce calories, fat segala bagai...tapi kedeboom thousand island...tambah 200% calories...sop back to square 1 plus plus lagi...kah..kah..kah..
next time beli thousand island yg low calories punya ade..aku pun love thousand island...kalau aku tambah mayo lagi...kedeboom
hahahaha kedeboom yang aku tak tahan tu! aku kan malas nak keluar, so thousand islands tu je yang ada...kalau aku kuar aku ingat nak beli yang lemon dressing tadi ...mayo tu aku kureng sket, so less kedeboom for me hahaha
Kak long....masalahnya dia makan salad sebab itu je yang ada stok untuk di makan...bukan for diet ke apa...so sebotol thousand island tu pun tak kisah.
pandai fend ..kalau aku kuar ntah2 aku terus beli mee kolok ke, laksa sarawak ke, nasi ayam ke ...hehehe sib baik ada tomato, jagung and salad tu, kalau tak, ada yang minum thousand islands hahaha ...
